Optimized Methods Of Cash Flow Discounted Of Corporate Valuation Management

Though valuation maximum has been thought the best goal of corporate management, the estimation value is a difficult thing. In this paper, based on the analysis of the merits and defects of valuation, and the analysis of main factors of valuation in existence, we integrate different cash flow discounted valuation models and optimize valuation result by rigorous math reasoning in order to cut down the error caused by many random uncertain factors. We prove that this method can make full use of the (?)ting information, make estimation value tend towards real value, and make the result more precise. So, we get a method to resolve how to evaluate a corporation simpler and more precise. Finally, we give a demonstration of corporate valuation basedon a company.
