The Title Of The Paper: The Development Of The Securities Market And The Region Comparison Research

The new theory of financial developing studies the effect of securities market evolution on economic growth from different angles . The result of the research proved that the development of the security market may advance in a certain degree the economy. What is more , the security market is more relevant to the economic growth when the capital market of a country become mature and prescriptive than the early period .With the development of China's securities market, more and more people pay attention to whether securities market evolution can improve economic growth or not. Development of the district security market will increase owing to the change of the environment about the security market institution, the broaden scope of the security ,the increasing market, the subdivision of the market structure and the improved fluidity ,which put the market into more useful play in the resource distribution.Section 1 of this paper introduces the issue which I am about to study , the exploring means and the structure and innovation of the paper . Section 2 that relates mainly the relevant theory of the development of the district market and the summary of the research indicts that the development of securities market advances economic growth, and the relation between the development of securities market and economic growth is positive. By analyzing the actuality of listed companies and securitization of Shandong province, in section 3, this paper discusses the problems existing in the market of Shandong province which restricts the economic growth . Section 4 studies the reality of securities institution in Shandong province by comparing the exchange rate in stock market and ROE among between the security institution in Shandong province and others .Section 5 attempts to provide valuable suggestions to advance the development of the Shandong securities market.Basing on the research of the development of securities market, this paper analyzes the scale and efficiency of Shandong securities market, by using the indexes such as the rate of securitization and ROE. The conclusion is: although the GDP of Shandong province is much higher than the average level of the countrywide GDP, the deepening of its securities market is still shallow ; the exchange rate in stock market and ROE is not only lower than the provinces located in the seaside southeast ,but also lower than the average level of the country; moreover , the distribution of industry and zone of listed companies is out of line, and the actuality of securities institution is not optimistic. What listed above means that securities market in Shandong province cannot match the economy status of Shandong province. According to this, the paper provides the suggestions like this: attaching importance to the development of securities market and bringing into play its function; promoting the growth and development of its resource; improving the scale and efficiency of securities market in Shandong province.
