The Research Of Development Strategy Of Yanbian Region Securities Industry

Securities Industry is the most important part of financial industry.As an industry handling securities marketing and relevant services, it plays an important role in the development of national economic. It makes good use of the financial service industry of securities industry to achieve the rational deployment of funds and the need of capital appreciation, meanwhile, it impulses modern economic. Under the major background of revitalize the economy of boarder nationalities area, North-east Old Industrial Bases, create Changchun-Jilin-Tumen development and opening area and construct the integration of Yanji-Longjing-Tumen, it seems more and more important to think about how to make a quick development of Securities industry of Yanbian region to impulse the economic of Yanbian Region to improve quickly. This paper aims to fine a healthy way to improve securities industry by studying the development of securities in Yanbian Region.Based on related theory and combined the procedure, scope of business,.types of goods, transaction and the amount of the investors of Yanbian Region Securities companies, this paper uses the methods of data summarizes and data analysis to arrange and analyze the recent development of Yanbian Region Security industry, which found that there were some problems such as lack of the asset securitization, lack of the contribution of securities trader, low level of service, weak development base, lack of creation and so on. According to the problems, this paper has put forward some suggestions like building comprehensive securities companies,fulfilling the function of underwriting securities trader, strengthening the talent building, perfecting the non-field service, strengthening the proper management of investors, perfecting the industry securities market, supporting industries to be listed in multiple ways, strengthening the strategy and ideas of financial and creative products.
