Behavioral Finance And Securities Investment Strategy

Our national stock market has achieved big-leap development in the past over one decade, but many irrational factors still exist in the stock market. The financial behavior which is under the assumption that not all Tweeter's behaviors are rational the not non-rationalAssumption of the investor is characterized by absorbing the research result of psychology, studying the behavior and price formation of the stock market investment mechanism. The research topic of finance behavior includes three aspects:①The individual behavior of the investor;②The community behavior③Limited arbitrage and non-limited market of investor. And the excrescent phenomenon of which the actual income of human properties deviate from the list price model of the capital property exist in the stock market. Some main investment strategy of the behavior is based on this, and this paper puts forward some concrete suggestions for the investors from the perspective of finance.This paper consists of five chapters.Chapter 1 mainly introduces the present condition and un-reasonable factors which exist in the stock market, pointing out the necessity of the investor behavior and the strategy in the Chinese stock market.Chapter 2 mainly carries on treatise to the output background of behavior finance and the research topic. The analysis of the investor's state of mind with behavior based on personal under standing and the related psychological studies and the limited arbitrage with the non-usefulness of the market are the main part of the financial behavior study.Chapter 3 mainly introduces the deviation phenomenon which exists in the stock market and list the explanation with financial theories.Chapter 4 mainly discusses the finance investment strategy.Chapter 5 mainly tells the irrational behavior of the Chinese investors, and the apocalypse of the investors which derive from the finance behavior.
