During the company human resources management and development,performance appraisal is a important basic work and a important method to arouses staff's enthusiasm,the creative important method.Only through appraisal performance of employees fairly and scientifically,can we assess the real evaluation of staff's work achievements;. Only thorough the accurate appraising results,can pertinence and felicitous incentives and criticism be adopted to employees. At present the spark company is in the development collectivization stage. With the country gradually letting loose to books market,the corporation is in the rapid development time. In this crucial phase, only through the enterprise completes own human resources management, the economic efficiency and the social efficiency to the enterprise are playing the supporting role. For this aim the article investigate the spark company staff's performance appraisal system to promote spark company development steadily.Based on an in-depth discussion performance appraisal theory and it's application practice foundation, with the spark company's actual situation, the article has carried on the analysis to staff's inspection present situation. First, the paper research spark company carries on the meaning of performance appraisal. Next, the paper inspected the domestic and foreign research work present situation; Once more, the spark company human resources inspection management present situation faced with the development opportunity and the challenge. At the situation the paper has carried on the objective discussion, and had pointed out the requirement of the internal and external environment to performance appraisal, at the same time pointed out the company present performance appraisal system has the target not to be perfect, operates not standard, the subjective factor excessively are many, the criterion isn't standard questions; Finally, employees to the present performance appraisal system is unsatisfied .As the result the brain drain and the company hidden danger multitudinous question become more serious. The paper point out holding the staff performance appraisal as the key link. According to performance appraisal index system establishment goal and the principle take works the analysis as the foundation, the application analytic hierarchy process and the essential achievements target law, has established the performance appraisal index system, and designs set of practical and feasible plans. At the sametime this paper to appraisal questions, appraisal main body, appraisal cycle and appraisal feedback has carried on the discussion, and proposed the corresponding necessary reform plan and the measurement.
