With the development of logistics industry in the whole world, the research of logistics becomes a warm point in the theoretic. Practice in developed countries indicates that logistic industry increasingly becomes a new increase point in economy globally and the third kind profit source which comes after decreasing resource consumption and improving productivity. As the development direction of modern logistics industry, the third-party logistics start lately in our country, it lags behind the developed countries in theoretic also practices, band exist a lot of problems in its development. Especially with the globalization of economy and China joined into WTO, the development of the third-party logistics faces wholly new opportunities and challenge, The multinational logistics enterprises to America, Japan, Europe and other countries entry to our internal market and the International trade will receive good opportunities, although the third-party logistics in our country has made some developments, it still lags behind the trend in many aspects, it is still hard to engender the third kind profit resource. Therefore we must adapt to the development trend of logistics markets, consider china's present situation, make full use of the e-commerce and information technology to develop the logistics industry and improve the china's economy strength.This thesis investigates the development mode of the third-party logistics from industry economics, and build the SCP analysis mode of the third-party logistics industry, and then according to market characters and development situation of the third-party logistics, this thesis gives a proposal ,that the development mode of the third-party logistics in our country should be take the full advantage of scale economy ,foster some big group companies, and coordinate with middle and small companies, make the big more stronger, and the small more professional. Finally, the thesis bring forward the effective implement means of the development mode of the third-party logistics in our country from two facets that making the resource integrated ,develop its strength of the big companies and the competition strategies of the third-party logistics minor enterprises.
