Cycle Economy which is an optimal selection strategically to seek a breach on the bottle-neck of sustainable development in China, become more and more arrestive in the international society as an advanced concept during the history of human development. In this case, a demand of new type of manufacturing pattern will arise as well as a new mode of reclaiming in RL(Reverse Logistics). This paper dealing with RL under the situation of GM(Green Manufacturing) is in order to distinguish from traditional reclaiming pattern, which causes abundance waste of resource and energy due to its limitation on handling technology and thoughts. The traditional way can not meet the need of sustainable development, and then GM has carried out through the lifecycle of products. Therefore, RL under the circumstance of GM would be a critical study in the coming future.RL obviously needs enterprises make much greater effort. The enterprises should contribute a great deal of resource of human, material and finance to these activities. So there would be many shortcomings in the production, technology and stuff. In this case, the enterprises should analyze their RL, and decide which pattern they could choose. The TPRL(Third Party Reverse Logistics) enterprises which have more proficient skills, can standardize and centralize RL, reduce the operational risk, and improve the efficiency.Based on the above context and the pertinent literatures, this paper firstly introduces the recent research and notion of RL as well as GM, then studies RL network under the situation of latter. By an analysis of a decision making and existed mathematic method, the paper indicates that the TPRL service providers would the best selection for various enterprises in the future, proposes a point of view which testified by an example with the use of Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process, that selects the TPRL service providers against credit. Then an extension assessment based approach for classifying reclaimed products is put forward. Finally, the author summarizes the whole text and expects the further work.
