Hotel collectivize development is a hot topic to the research of the hotel industry. As in fact, the case of international hotel groups speedup expanding to China is already clear day and day, how to actualize the regional expand under this competition pressure is an important proposition to every home hotel group. But the research on how to actualize collectivize development about Chinese hotel in existence papers is basically in the macroscopical industry point view, namely how to utilize external power to impel home hotels collectivize, or buildup incompact strategic alliance, then can compete with international hotel groups. There lack a systematic analysis tool in the lay of hotel group regional expand, in particular at the aspect of feasibility analysis to the regional expand and scientific choose the expand way. This paper raised a research mind about building a two-dimensional model on the location entry of hotel group at guidance of the corporation expand theory and the location theory and referred to the corporation location entry theory (Hayter model), the purpose is to make a exploratory research for the regional expand behavior of hotel group, and give a analytic tool which can be quantized for feasibility analysis to the regional expand and scientific choose the expand way.The paper analyzed the theory foundation namely Hayter model to the model which we will establish in detail first, Hayter model was established at base of monopolistic advantage theory, internalization theory and compromise theory, it is a amalgamation and extension to this three theories. Its primary contribute is that raised a run-of-mill way which can explain corporation's internationalization according to analyzing the two factors of entry predominance and entry barrier. This two factors (entry predominance and entry barrier) analyze way is applicable to the ecumenical expand behavior of corporation or corporation group. The paper absorbed Hayter model's primary production, then designed indicator system of the two-dimensional model on the location entry of hotel group, the indicator system was divided into location entry predominance and location entry barrier two sorts, moreover supplemented and amended the details of indicator's composing factor according to the practical situation of this paper, then primary elected the indicators of location entry predominance and location entry barrier, any more, filtrated and confirmed the primary election indicators according to the Delphi method and integrating the statistical analysis software and correlative mathematical tool, then educed the final indicators...
