Compensation management is the most complicated and sensitive in the human resource management of the corporate routines. Compared with common problems in traditional companies, compensation management of software industry is much more particular and difficult. Human capital is the main cost in the software company, therefore human resource management in the company needs focus on the compensation problem. Human capital pricing is one of the core problems in the compensation management.On the base of studying works and articles related to human capital, human capital pricing and compensation, domestic and overseas researching reference materials, this paper concerns the features of software industries and the human capital pricing, optimizes the compensation system of the sample software company.The innovation of the paper falls into three aspects. Firstly, it designs the compensation system according to human capital pricing theory. Secondly, the research scope focuses on the knowledge-based employees and software companies, which makes the conclusion easy to be confirmed. Finally, it adopts the research methods in different dimensions of the evaluation and pricing of software human capital, which can be the references of further studying.
