The competition of the enterprises is one supply chain to another supply chain in the future.The fourth party logistics is the providers of leading logistics services. It can evaluate, design, program and implement the project of supply chain; correspond the relationship of the third party logistics providers, IT providers, management consulting providers and so on. Therefore, it can achieve the services of quick, high-quality, low-cost and so on. Apparently, the fourth party logistics provides the best supply chain solution for the customer on the basis of solving the enterprise logistics and integrating the whole resource. It has some advantage on the logistics operation, but there are some unbeknown-ventures. So the enterprise must consider the evaluation and selection of the fourth party logistics providers, and analyze the fourth party logistics providers in the round. On this base, this thesis focuses on putting forward and studying the theories, methods and methodology of evaluation and selection research of the fourth party logistics providers, it has an important theory value and practical meaning to serve our economy development.This thesis pays more attention to studying logistics theory. Thirdly, it designs the evaluation index of the fourth party logistics providers, including the particular index of 4PL providers, the essential process of selecting the fourth party logistics providers.
