Research On The Related Problem Of Fourth Party Reverse Logistics

Reverse logistics can reduce the cost in business and influence of the waste to environment, which has considerable values of economy and environmental protection. But the characteristics of uncertainty and complexity pose challenges to existing logistics operation mode. The fourth party logistics with the powerful ability to integrate the resources can effectively cope with the challenge and provide new ideas for the successful implementation of the reverse logistics. This thesis makes research on related problem of the fourth party reverse logistics.First of all, on the analysis of the insufficient for three models in the existing reverse logistics, combining with the reality role of the fourth party logistics theory and non-profit agencies this thesis makes further research on the fourth party reverse logistics mode based on a non-profit organization. It builds four kinds of reverse logistics mode of economic models and takes reverse logistics system’s total profits as standard to quantitative contrast them. So we can come to a conclusion that the fourth party logistics mode based on the non-profit organization has superiority and value to progress.Then, according to the requirements of the network characteristics of reverse logistics and combining with the systematicness of the fourth party reverse logistics, this thesis makes location selection decision of logistics facilities as the breakthrough point of reverse logistics network optimization. It builds the fourth party reverse logistics network optimization model based on traditional location model and solves it by Lingo11.0. So we can get the optimal location decision for the recycling center and reproducing factory.Finally, this thesis emphatically studies the reverse logistics performance evaluation index. On basis of consulting a large number of reverse logistics performance evaluation literature, it proposes15internal and10external performance evaluation index. Using A.J.Klee and the principal component analysis method quantitatively calculate the weights of each index and make it to determine the key index. Ultimately it determines7internal and4external system evaluation index as reference for reverse logistics performance evaluation.This thesis studies the operational mode, the network optimization and performance evaluations of the fourth party reverse logistics. It provides reference for its successful implementation and related research and has the certain practical significance.
