With the sustained development of Chinese economy, the market competition among the enterprises is increasingly fiercer in China today. It depends on their relative advantages whether various enterprises can survive and develop. Nevertheless, the quality of Human Resource is the foremost one of all competition factors. Therefore, the enterprises'competition is as well as the competition of HR."Talents selection, Talents utilization, Talents training and Talents reserving"composes the four basic functions of modern business HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT, therein the talents selection and recruit influences directly the quality of talents importation as the primate function. The high quality talents well accelerate the businesses development healthily, quickly and efficiently, thereby achieving the stratagem and development aims much better. On the contrary, the poor quality talents will decelerate the businesses growth. So the selection and recruit of talents has become much more important in HRM. It is the key to the future for one firm.It is different from the foreign enterprises that our research on the recruit is just in its primary stage. So it is difficult for us to improve the efficiency of our recruit job. Based on the mature recruit model from famous foreign enterprises, this article try to put forward a set of recruit system that will be relate with domestic enterprises, so as to improve our recruit efficiency. Then the article indicates that we can set about establishing this system through following procedures such as the HR program, job analysis, recruit medium, selection test and the talents employment, etc.The contents are divided into five parts:Chapter one introduces the background of this research and the meaning for selecting this title. Meanwhile briefly elucidates the process of the domestic and foreign business recruit system. Then the author proposes the research project on this basis.Chapter two introduces the basic concepts and theories of modern HR and HRM. At the same time introduces the concept, the function and the procedure of recruit.Chapter three introduces the recruit circumstances of several famous domestic and foreign firms. Through the analysis on these different cases, the author draws the inspiration about our own recruit job.Chapter four explains concretely the concept and the components of the recruit system, analyses the prerequisite, the foundation, the tactics and the core of the recruit system.Chapter five combines the recruit situation and problems of G, points out the improving measures according to the recruit system and then analyses the effects after the recruit system being established in G.
