Js Motocycle Product Manufacturing Problem And Improvement Plan Research

On base of JIANSHE GROUP MOTOCYCLE Product -manufacturing, this paper is applying Business Process Reengineering(BPR) and Lean Production to serch for the specific method of optimized enterprise production,technical management,and research.This paper first explain from the need of my business why I chose this subject.Second ,it recommends BPR and other correlated theory,such as Process Reengineering,Lean production,Six singma and etc.Next,it analyzes the present of motocycle product-manufacturing and JIANSHE GROUP,compares the differrent development process among the national enterprise,the Joint venture and the privated enterprise,so we can understand our problem on JIANSHE GROUP MOTOCYCLE Product -manufacturing. Then , I assimilate the merit of the Joint venture and the privated enterprise,and formulate three changed derections on technique route,production process and organization structure.On technique route, I improve three points -machine,technology,quality.On production process,I will do Lean Production,so that we can quicken the production velocity and cut costs. On organization structure,I will reform production structure and science development structure,so that my business would better fit custom's needs than before. At last ,I analyze its probability and economy for example.This plan has be partly done on new product development and new production lines,and get some achievement .Becouse my business has been faced with the important change-removal and restructure,the effect will be more shown with the deep of change.
