The Study On Development Strategy Of Technique Center Of SINOPEC Tianjin Branch

Technique Center of SINOPEC Tianjin Branch (hereinafter TCTB) mainly engaged in research of ethylene, polyester, petrochemical industry, and safety of equipment. In the past 20 years, TCTB has been making a beneficial achievement. But, it faces the problem of developing direction and managing mechanism. Thus, taking the theory of strategy management as guidance, the thesis has studied deeply and systematically the issue of the development of TCTB.First, the thesis has introduced the universal theory of strategy management and technique innovation. The thesis has analyzed both the external environment and internal environment of TCTB profoundly and systematically, clarified the advantages and disadvantages of TCTB and the opportunities and challenges that TCTB is facing, and thus established the foundation for formulating the development strategy of TCTB.Based on strategy analysis, the thesis has put forward the development strategy of TCTB and the proposal of strategy implementation in technique innovation, organization adjustment, human resource management, raising funds and corporate culture strategy.
