Problem Analysis And Countermeasures Study On Technique Innovation In China

On the basis of previous study fruits on technique innovation, this article elucidated the concept and theory of technique innovation, and the importance of technique innovation in economic development. Then this article emphasized importance on two aspects. One is the problem existing in the course of technique innovation in our country, such as the insufficiency of technique innovation infrastructure investment and person with high technique, the low transforming rate of technique fruits. The other is the suggestion on how to develop technique innovation and how to solve the problem above mentioned.The conclusion of this article shows that the government should adjust the relevant policies on pluralistic of technology investors, cultivating high-tech persons, improving technique innovating efficiency, accelerating the transformation of technology, advancing the technique innovation of small and middle-sized enterprises, strengthen the infrastructure. On the other hand, the government should control the policies moderately to avoid destroying the independent adjustment function of market economic.
