| The property insurance price in China was much lower than the international standard, and the price-making policy was a little confused. So it was important to analyze the patterns and reasons in the price-making process, and perfect the pricing system in the insurance market. Based on the Analysis of the price meaning in property insurance market,composing factors and variabilities in price-making, this dissertation evaluated and commentated most of property insurance price-making Theories using both in China and aboard. Then, this dissertation built up the Products Price Functions in the China property insurance market, and analyzed the factors in making a equilibrium price. In the scope of supply and demand variability, market structure, information imbalanced, integrated the structure and price-making policy in the insurance company, with the factors in the marco- and micro-economics, price supervising and etc., this dissertation analyzed the price-marketing process and the existing problems in property insurance in china. Furthermore, this dissertation discussed the future development of property insurance market and the trend of the price supervision in China. Finally, this dissertation made the conclusion and suggestions in price-making, supervision system in China property insurance.The point of this thesis was to analyze the price-making patterns and its development, in the view of the insurer, decisions marking in competitions, departing from the discussion of Loss Chorology, dynamic forecasted the insurance market development, concluded a reasonable price making system. The deficiency was lack of applications, from the price-making patterns to the insurance products in practice. It would be a further research in the coming days. |
