An Empirical Study On The Relationship Between The Capital Structure And Corporate Governance Of China's Private-Owned Enterprises

Corporate governance is a system to manage and control the industrial and commercial company. And capital structure plays a great role on corporate governance.;the debt structure and the equity structure all affect the corporate governance. Nowadays the corporate governance of China's private-owned enterprises have faced a lot of problems. And the capital structure is one of the most serious problems that China's private-owned enterprises must deal with. This paper chooses 85 private-owend enterprises listed on China's two exchanges, and uses the datas during the period of 1999～2004 in order to research the relationship between the capital structure and corporate governance of the private-owend enterprises. And according to the results of the research, t the private-owend enterprises should use the benefits of capital structure in corporate governance.
