The Study Of China's Money Market Fund

Money market fund has greatly developed since it brought into being in China in 2003. The share of money market fund has amounted to 230 billion up to the 31th May 2006 and money market fund has already become a dazzling star in our fund industry. Although money market fund has developed a lot, the development of money market fund presents many problems due to different causes. The author tries from the angle of stakeholder to analyze the different behavior of the direct stakeholders (the investors of the money market fund, the custodian of the money market fund, the caretaker of the money market) and the indirect stakeholders (supervisor of the money market fund), and finds the collision of the different stakeholders. Then the author explains the cause of the stakeholders' collision to draw the outline of China's money market fund. The author finds many problems at the course of analyzing the behavior of different stakeholders and tries to put forward many suggestions which will facilitate the robust,sustaining development of the money market fund, and all these will speed the development of China's money market and financial market.
