The world economic development in the recent several decades indicated that the contribution rate of the small and medium—sized enterprises (SMEs) to national economy raises constantly. The small and medium—sized enterprises (SMEs) of our country take an important role in absorbing labor forces, innovating product, satisfying the social need and promoting the development of national economy. But now, more and more difficulties appear in the financing of SMEs, which limits the development of SMEs.Following the foundational thread of putting forth problems, analyzing problems and solving problems in light of native conditions and learning from other nations. The objection to solve this problem is thoroughly through a systemic and synthetic analysis.This thesis indicating background of research and reviewing some condemned literature. We study SMEs financing in a big social system and analyze SMEs's present situation from financing method, financing marketing environment and financing political supports and so on. On the basic, we make caution inquiries about the case and analyze the reasons of financing difficulty are those asymmetry information, high transaction cost, imperfect system of credit guarantee and law, construction of formal financial market and unreasonable operation system and imperfect system supply in the informal financial market and so on.. In the light of the characteristic of SMEs, we solve the problem of SMEs financing through the methods are building the credit guarantee system by banks, companies and government together, strengthening the nongovernmental credit and protecting the benefits of investors and so on.
