Research On Financing Difficulties Of SMEs In China And Countermeasures

Recently years, our country's small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) has obtained considerable development, small and medium-sized enterprise has played a noticeable role in increasing the employment, promoting the science and technology getting ahead, promoting the social division of labor, enlarging the exports, maintaining the stability of economic development and so on. The small and medium-sized enterprise has become important prop of national economy development. But small and medium-sized enterprise falls into financing difficulty in their development. The financing diffieulty has become a main factor to restrain the small and medium-sized enterprise's development which is strongly affecting its grow-up. So, analyzing financing diffieulties and origin that small and medium-sized enterprises face, and probing into the effective way to alleviating the financing predicament, has a very important theoretic and realistic meaning.The article first introduce the back ground and purpose of this study and review relevant domestic and foreign present researeh, then analyzs the current status of SMEs in China,analysis the small and medium enierprises financing diffieulties and the reasons for,and further financing of the major developed countries small and medium-sized systems and policies in a comparative analysis.Developed countries on a comparative analysis of small and medium-sized systems and policies to solve the financing difficulties of SMEs in China can provide a reference and inspiration.Through the analysis shows that small and medium enterprises in China's own reasons and not a sound financing system in China is the main reason for difficulties in financing small and medium enterprises.On this basis the end of this article combined with the status quo of China's SMEs and policy environrnent, the financing of small and medium-sized foreign policies,systems and finance theory to China put forward a series of small and medium enterprises financing in China to alleviate the difficulties related to countermeasures and suggestions.
