| Introduce Assets-backed securitization to financing our infrastructure projects will have great realistic significance. During a long term, domestic scholar had done a lot of research on the asset-backed securitization and finance projects. But we didn't research much on the combination—financing projects of asset-backed securitization. They didn't expatiate the details on how to design and implement plan of financing projects of asset-backed securitization. But these points are the essences of implement plan of ABS which have great meaning. So, how to design the plan of financing projects of asset-backed securitization and solve the problem in this process will be the essential point of this thesis.This thesis introduces the concepts of asset-backed securitization and finance projects, at first, introduce the concepts, character and developing meaning of asset-backed securitization. And compare it with the existent other kinds of measure of finance projects. According the actuality of our infrastructural project, we have a feasible analysis of applying ABS to finance our infrastructure projects. Then, introduce the operational tool , making a price and the plan of implement and how to operate the plan. Further, analyse possible reasons in the process of implement ABS and put forward the resolvent. At last, analyse and introduce cases that we had operated before.The paper adopt compare and analytic method compare ABS with the existed financing means, specially with other project financing of the infrastructural project construction in our country, get the advantage of ABS. And compare loan-backed securitization and income-backed securitization. At the same time, adopt model analytic method, research the restricted condition. Then, adopt exemplification analytic ways analyse the cases that we had operated before, and get the conclusion.Through the analysis, we can get the conclusion that under our present unperfect economy, law and credit circumstance, we should adopt experimental and innovated ways to applying ABS finance our infrastructure projects, steady develop, perfect our ABS correlative law, market and system environment, advance the introduction of ABS in our country steadily. |
