| In this thesis, comparative analysis and case analysis methods wereused to research on the mode of carrying out Mortgage-backed Securityin China. During the research, by comparing different MBS modelbetween in main developed country, we analyzed the advantages anddisadvantages of the model used in their country. On this basis,summarized that China should learn from the experience of developedcountries when carrying out MBS rather than copy the existing modelsdirectly. Then summed up the success and shortcomings of the first lunchthrough a empirical research on China’s first MBS experiment. Combinedwith the reality of their legal environment, we concluded that Chinashould be conduct semi-Government oriented, outside balance sheet, trustmodel led to when operating MBS. |
