Packaging profit in the listing became an open secret for many listed companies. After the issuance of Ke-Da-Chuang-Xin stocks , the profits of Ke-Da-Chuang-Xin converse thoroughly. This brings the stock market a serious impact and leads to lose investors confidence. Analyzing the reasons of IPO fictitious information and identifying the IPO manipulating profits means will be of great theoretical and practical significance for the development of the stock market.In this paper, by adopting the method of theories and practices and the combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, after described IPO earnings management and investigated the characteristics of IPO companies disclosing fictitious financial information, it is concluded that the IPO companies existed the prevalent problems of manipulating the profits. By comparing the Ke-Da-Chuang-Xin financial indices with the industry indices after calculation and in-depth analysis and using the DuPont analysis method, the Ke-Da-Chuang-Xin was found with fictitious financial accounting information. According to the result of checking the financial indicators, a set of identifying fictitious financial indices was designed for screening fictitious financial information. Calculating the Ke-Da-Chuang-Xin financial data verifies the usefulness of these indicators.Through the game analysis of counterfeit of Ke-Da-Chuang-Xin and supervision of the supervisor, the conclusion was obtained that the only way to radically stop companies manipulating profits would be strengthening the supervision of government. At last, based on the successful experiences of American perfect company management structure, the suggestions for keeping away IPO fictitious information were proposed under the supervision system of our stock market.
