The performance evaluation provides the important reference for the enterprise human resources management process certain links decisions-making, causes the human resources management the different constituent and business goal in close integration with. With joining WTO, our country building maintenance machinery, industry is confronted with the gradually fierce challenge competing. The mature consummation market economy system sold the team to the enterprise to set the new request day after day. The performance evaluation of sales team provides a good opportunity for the companies to win the survival, cultivate and promote the competitive advantage, as well as the core competition.Through summarizing the performance evaluation correlation theories, the article discovered the main problems and reasons of sale team of Xi'an road construction machinery Co.,Ltd (hereafter referred to as the XZ company) in the performance evaluation using investigation, discussion, expert consultation and material analysis and so on the methods. The problems include the performance evaluation goal has deviation, the indicators not scientific and so on. Secondly, the article carried on the systematic design utilizing BSC, KPI, AHP and so on the methods and technologies in view of the present main questions and reasons, combining with the environmental characteristics of the performance evaluation in the XZ company. The article has worked out the improvement scheme, such as the index system, the main body and model studying. Finally, the paper put forward some correlative proposals in order to obtain the ideal effects from the evaluate scale design, result application, speak of face to face and appealing. The article has innovation in the field of the index determination, result adjusting and application of sales team.This research will promote the performance evaluation of sales team of XZ company. Its conclusion also have a model significance to other company who has faced the similar reform difficulties.
