With the rapid development of technology in our contemporarysociety, the economy is moving fast, in the same timethe competition among companies in the markets is getting more and more serious. Nowadays more and more companiesare trying to digging out how to speed up the procedure from product selling to turn into cash flow. As we know, selling products are usually implemented by salesmen, therefore our employees for sales team will be one of the treasure for enterprises in these days. The companies must execute the effective incentive system internally to increase the creativity and motivation of the sales staff, so that they can win in the keen competition market.But we are regret to see that there are very few domestic enterprises own their effective incentive theory to motivate the sales employees, and in the meantime the setting up incentive system is also not satisfied.There are still many problems existed, for instance, the system is not active, the incentive way is not cover fully, motivation is being run not equally and some managements are ignoring the long term incentivestrategy, etc. When facing such much big impact inside the company in incentive system, many sales supervisors might resigned and looking for new personal career development in other companies. Therefore, to research the incentive strategy for sales staff will be no doubt to be meaningful not only in theory but also do good to reality management.This paper focuses in the following research aspects:To collect the incentive theory materials as this paper research based sources,analysisfor ABC company background and sales incentive strategy; To summarize the solution for best incentive by digging out the problems of ABC company incentive system for sales team; Offer some suggestion of adjusting the ABC company incentive problem, and conclude more effective motivation solution.
