The Research On The Investment Management Of Public Pension Fund In China

The public pension system is the significant affair, which is highly referred to the national economy and the people's livelihood. It is the basic of people living level and also the push of the economy development. In china, the public pension development has been challenged by the Aging Population and the external financial environment. According to that, how to improve the public pension investment level is my research direction.The public pension fund is a research covered a wide field. This dissertation is focused on the public pension investment management. And the aim is to improve the investment revenue as the guarantee of safety and liquidity. The investment management system in this dissertation has been defined three component elements: the administration, investment and supervisory. The whole system is developed by the three.As to the dissertation context, the first two parts are the brief introduction and the literature summaries of public pension fund. And then it follows the international comparative analysis of public pension innovation. The fourth part is the investment management current analysis, and then focused on the capital raising, investment tool and the investment portfolio. The short summery has showed as the current problems. At last, the constructive suggestion has been proposed in order to optimize the public pension investment management in China.
