It is inevitable to have such problems as land requisition and landless-farmers in China's industrialization and civilization. Recently landless-farmers become "three-nothing group", namely, without land to cultivate, without post to occupy and without involvement of social security system. The cases of the problem of landless-farmers are the faulty rural land requisition, the poor ways on settlement and the poor skills of re-employment, and so on. The problem of landless-farmers can China's modernization be pushed forward in a safe and stable environment, can be the focus of attention by the society, can be the most difficult problem among the agriculture , countryside and farmers.It analyzes the influence of economical interests to Taicang' farmers after they lose their land and the active contribution to social economic development of land transfer from the point of interests compensation of landless-farmers based on the economic interest theory and practical experience and further verify the effectiveness of interests compensation of landless-farmers; Through the study of recent practice in Taicang, it analyzes the initial results and existing problems of interests compensation of landless-farmers and point out that the much more effective compensation to the landless-farmers is still the outstanding question at present; Based on the theory of economical coordination, It puts forward the suggestion on perfecting compensation mechanism in order to fully solve the problem of landless-farmers. It suggests that the feasible and effective measures should be taken for compensating farmers' material, security and spirit interest. Guided by the policy of common prosperity and agriculture foundation, the measures should insist the measurable, regenerative, equitable, efficient and step-by-step principles on the premise of deepening the land system reform.
