Study On Quality Control Of Ready-mixed Concrete Projects

Quality check process,statistical quality management process and all-around quality management is the three process of quality management . Accordant standards of quality management and quality guarantee have produced , and None limitation method ,TQC method and 6σmethod have been come forth.The 21st century is a century focusing on the quality and the definition of the quality control has been profoundly extended . At the same time,some problems have been exposed while the all-around quality control has been put into practice , so its principles and methods must be well developed in the 21st century .On the basis of studying the problems existing in our country's all-around quality control , and from three aspects of the work out of the quality plan , the quality management system and the quality control , I have done an elementary research on how to improve the quality control of our country's ready-mixed concrete projects .In the article , I have promoted some new definitions and related measures to solve various kinds of the problems in the quality control of our country's ready-mixed concrete projects at present . On the other hand , the article also sets forth some methods of quality control in the link of civil engineering example , and specilfically describes the application methods of spot check , statistics , control graph ,and 5-S . In a word , the article has put forward some advisable measures on how to improve the quality control standard .The main innovations in this article are as follows .①6σQuality Management method has been applied in the process of composition of quality plan of ready-mixed concrete, and the idea has been put in practice .②The measures for organization of quality management system have been put forward according to industry peculiarity.③A systematic study has been made through some key factors of ready-mixed concrete , such as the measures of quality control of raw and processed materials , production and supply management , quality inspecion .And introduces the method of statistics , control graph ,and 5-S .
