As the growth of economy, development of laws, improve of cosuming ability and maturity of consumer consciousness, warranty, which used to be an addition of product service, has been becoming an important tool for the enterprise to improve their competiton ability and develop new market. Thus, warranty management has come into the focus of every enterprise.However, the confusion of responsibility prevails in almost every company, which leads to the inefficiency of the information transfer. And the co-influence between manufacture cost and warranty cost and the role that manufacture parameter plays on warranty cost are usually neglected in the past.In this paper, the basic theory of warranty management is introduced based on the status of warranty management firstly. Then an exploratory research on the information intergration of warranty management system is introduced based on the concept of feature-mapping. A multi-layer concept model is constructed and a process model of warranty knowledge intergration based on it is built up. A decision model in which the co-influence between manufacture cost and warranty cost are considered is established. And a method which combines ANP (Analytic Network Process) and GA (Genetic Algorithm) is developed. The best manufacture parameter is chosen and the structure of warranty cost is optimized at last. And an example is given at the end of the paper.
