Investment Project Management And Evaluation Study Of Xinjiang POM Engineering

This thesis is composed of three parts.The first part aims to introduce the basic information, construction scope and background,technological index about the company and the long-term investing projects, the basic theory and general procedure of the investment project evaluation as well as the marketing research and the market demanding research for the end products of this project. The second part introduce engineering budget, margin method ,capital cost analysis of this project, and applies different long-term investment theories to make evaluations on finance and the risk management towards the risks existing in the project. The last part includes the conclusion of the thesis and the shortages and further researches are summaried at the end of this thesis.Among these, the thesis makes use of the second-hand information to carry out the research for the market demanding and the history prices of the end project products.Collecting ,understanding and analysising information of the same and related profession dynamic state,the customs monitoring and rival dynamic state . The experience is relied on determining the price needed in the analysis of long-term investment decisions.The investment estimates part elucidates the total investment and every unit engineering of this project, also elucidates the allotment about the fixed assets, immaterial assets, deferred assets, construction flow funds etc. in the construction investment.The funds collecting part applies capital assets price model method to analysis margin construction of capital cost.The financial analysis part analyses the project investment decision by the way of using some long-term investment decision theories such as recovery period method, NPU, net present index method, internal rate of return method,earnings and deficit critical analysis, etc. Meantime, it makes the risk analysis for the project and determines the risk elements and proposes some measures and guidance by means of the finance profitability analysis, profit and loss critical analyze, the sensitivity analyze etc. analysis methods in risk management. And it provides the basis and support of making policy before the enterprise makes a project investing decision.In this thesis, the analytical object is an engineering plastics investing case in the natural gas chemical engineering realm. It makes the project investment evaluation analysis research, applying some correspond analytical means and methods. And the theories and methods of study has certainly draw lessons from the meaning in the same kind of investing project.
