Research IT Project Investment Value Model And Analysis

With the rapid development of information technology, IT investment has penetrated in all spheres of society.Therefore,if the company wants to survive and grow, must improve information technology, but the current status is that IT investment risk is big, gain indirect characteristics, making the net present value method represented by the traditional method of investment decision unable to meet the problem of corporate IT investment evaluation.IT project investment evaluation of enterprise information seems serious lag compared to the work of information process.This paper analyzes the basic characteristics of IT project, describes the real options, the integrated use of information systems theory and strategic management theory and decision theory.In comparison with the traditional framework of the project investment value of IT investments come to help investors IT investment value analysis provides decision of support information. From the characteristics IT investments structural,integrating the Balanced Scorecard strategy, real options theory and the analytic network process into an IT investment project value analysis framework to analyze IT investment decision risks and uncertainties. Finally, through case study on the B company we could see the value of the frame we build in this paper.The purpose of this paper is under the consideration of the relationship between project objectives and risk situations, to develop a more comprehensive method of analysis and strategic IT system selection.
