This article analyzes iron and steel enterprise blast furnace coal gas comprehensive utilization electricity generation project feasibility appraisal research. My working practice in Hebei Development and Reform Committee and current actual problem of our province is combined in the research. The association steel Yanshan steel and iron Co., LTD. in Qian An city constructs the TRT power station project using exhausted pressure of the blast furnace. This article conducts the appraisal research of this project from the aspect of project construction necessity, factory site condition, resources utilization, energy consumption, ecological environment influence, economy and social efficiency. It is proposed that as a big province of producing steel and iron, Hebei province should fully use the blast furnace coal gas resources to construct coal gas exhausted pressure power station, so as to eliminate the electricity bottleneck of iron and steel enterprises, to stable the production of the blast furnace, to reduce production cost and enhance the economy efficiency of the enterprise, simultaneously, to obtain considerable social efficiency and environmental protection benefit.
