Chemical Water Treatment Project Management Research For 300MW Cogeneration Unit

This article links to the work reality, based on the construction of chemical water treatment system in 2×300MW cogeneration project of CHD Qingdao Power Corporation. In the construction, the author applies advanced project management method to segment item according as trait of every unit and equipment system, analyzes the traits and inductive an effective method for project management, utilizes advanced P3 management idea and P3 plan and progress control software, formulates practical and feasible overall network plan, critical path and set up perfect single item data acquisition system, thus enhances the working efficiency and investment benefit large scale, guarantees factors about security, time limit for project, quality, construction cost realize the best. The method the author used in the project management has been proved through practice to be scientifically and be worth of applying and spreading.
