Study On Risks Of Logistics Finance

The practice of "Logistics Finance "have already developed overseas.The interralated systems and techniques have also been mature. But at home, this practice is still moving up now, and it will become a trend for both the 3PLs and banks.This article, emphasized on analyzing the concept of "Logistics Finance " and the importance of providing this kind of service. Based on study of international 3PL's and bank's practice, this article brought forward the models of "Logistics Finance" that Chinese companies could access from a perspective of the whole supply chain management.This thesis is striving to base on the total and systematic ideas to analyze the risks of this practice and their importance. On this occasion, through the study on the risk of this practice we could draw a conclusion that many factors involved in the sluggish disposition, among which there are factors inside and factors outside.Companies and banks should pay attention to find out those hazards and take risk control. In the succession, according to the evaluated result, I propose some strategic suggestion for both the companies and banks to control their risks for further continuous progress.
