Research On Logistics Financial Risk Analysis And Control Of Jilin Fuda Group Co.,Ltd.

Under the fast-developing of the economic globalization,logistics industry has become one of the important links of national economic development.Especially in 2019,the central government encourages the financial institution to promote inclusive finance.Logistics finance is an indispensable part of inclusive finance for small and medium-sized enterprises.The most prominent problem in the development of many small and medium-sized logistics enterprises in Jilin province is the difficulty of financing,which leads to the general shortage of working capital and brings various restrictions to the operation of enterprises and makes it difficult to adapt to the changes of the market in time.Therefore,the development of the logistics financial business in the development of market economy in China plays an important role in this process.However,the development of logistics financial market in Jilin province is still in its infancy.The situation of the absence of effective supervision by government functional department,the absence of the risk control by professionals and the absence of standardized operation in combination with the actual situation of Jilin province which tends to lead to a systemic risk although its size is small,that restricts the development of logistics finance to a great extent.Therefore,how to effectively carry out the risk management of logistics financial business has become an important research topic.This paper takes Jilin Fuda Group Co.,Ltd as the research object which based on the relevant theory of logistics finance and risk control to analyze the development of the company's logistics finance business,to evaluate its logistic financial situation so as to recognize and evaluate the risk by using the literature research method,interview method and field observation method with the reality of the operation on the logistics finance business.The analysis found that there are five risks in terms of supervision,credit,law,environment and other aspects.Based on this,this paper constructs the risk analysis and evaluation index system of logistics financial business,and uses analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the logistics financial business risk of Fuda Group.According to the results of risk assessment,this paper makes a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the risk factors that affect the relevant business operations of Fuda Group,and puts forward the corresponding risk control strategies,and establishes the early warning system of daily monitoring indicators of logistics finance.Establishment of logistics financial information sharing system,strengthening the training of logistics financial personnel,strengthening communication with the government and financial institutions to put forward the implementation of safeguard measures.
