Bonded Logistics Park is the special area of free trade zone and port, and endue with special function and policies, expert on storage and logistical domain. So reach the goal of attracting foreign capital, promoting the economy's progress, boosting up international competitive power and enlarging foreign trade export. Bonded Logistics Park is the effective carrier of mutual between port and free trade zone, it has amplitude develop space, and so it is the rudiment of foreign free trade zone under China's law system now. But now the examine and approve of the zone doesn't has a fixed criterion, this paper considering this, and take the lead in solving the selecting of Bonded Logistics Park based on support vector machine.Statistic learning theory is a special theory to study machine learning rule with limited swath. Not only considering the required to generalize capability, but also hankering optimization result with limited information. SVM is a new method of mode identify machine which is developed based on statistic learning theory, and has superiority in solving limited swath, non-linearity and high-dimension. So another task of this paper is introducing SVM to the selection of f Bonded Logistic Park.The chief task of this thesis is to set up a series of index system of f Bonded Logistics Park. Gained the data of every index through surveying. Then digital the data, and introduce SVM to the selection of free logistic trade zone. Adopting the prevail way c-SVC to settle the problem and sort it. What's more, when sorting the data, using programming tool called mat lab to realize the sorting. According to the training results, differentiate the cities which are waiting to judge, educe the optimize city to set up free logistic trade zone. Finally, considering the idiographic to decide which cities are most suit to set up trade zones.
