A great deal of lands, especially cultivated lands, will be required for construction as our country is getting along with urbanizing and new industrializing.How to deal with the relationship between the cultivated land protection and economic development is a important problem which is concerned by governments and scholars.Changle city, which is one of the top 100 developed counties in our country, holds the balance in the economic construction of western part of Taiwan strait. So, it is very important to predicate the requirement of urban constructive lands, and analyze the land types in the area of urban expanding.Base on the analysis of land use circumstance of Changle City, this paper not only predicates the demanded urban lands, but also discusses the types of lands which located in the area of urban expanding.According to the fact of Changle City, this paper puts forward:(1)Making the best of slow slope for construction is an effective way which reduces the impropriating cultivated land in the progress of urbanization.(2)Linking with the layout of the second industry, the third industry, and the construction of new socialistic-country, some rural resident pots should be urbanized in origin area.Furthermore, this paper analyzes the potential of land in Changle City and predicates the retaining amount of cultivated lands. This paper considers that through boosting integrate productive ability of cultivated lands, intensifying land settle, digging potential of lands, enhancing use ratio of constructive lands, the relationship between constructive lands and the supplementary of cultivated lands can be assorted with better, the land resources can be continually used.
