The paper uses interviews, questionnaires and other methods to study the interactive relation between organizational justice and job satisfaction and analyzes the composing factor of organizational justice under the Chinese cultural background and these factors' influence function to job satisfaction. Through analyzing their correlations, the paper studies how to raising the employee's work satisfaction through strengthening employees' fair feeling of organizational justice in the business enterprise. The paper refers to some research in 10 enterprises in Tianjin, including the interviews with middle leaders and some questionnaires from the general staff, basic and middle leaders at all levels. The total number of samples is 240.This paper includes 6 chapters totally. As introduction, the chapter 1 introduces the research background, methods and technical routes of this paper of this paper. In chapter 2, this paper introduces respectively the theories of both organizational justice and job satisfaction completely; in chapter 3, this paper mainly analyzed present situation of the research. Proposed the research question and the research supposition and designed a questionnaire through taking the organizational justice as an independent variable and job satisfaction as the dependent variable under the Chinese cultural background; in chapter 4, this paper makes statistic analysis of the questionnaire and the factor analysis to organizational justice and job satisfaction and the correlation analysis to organizational justice and job satisfaction, makes the corresponding analysis conclusion; in chapter 5, this paper discusses the structure of the organizational justice and job satisfaction and their correlations; in chapter 6, this paper analyzes and summaries some ways for improving the feeling of organizational justice and job satisfaction and puts forward some rationalization proposal for the actual management.
