| OCB is a useful organization of extra-role behavior, with increased competition in recent years, more and more managers of OCB and the attention of scholars, our OCB in infancy stage, this research is still shallow. And OCB influenced by culture, some foreign theories can not fully mature for China's national conditions. This study aimed to explore China's telecom industry within the context of organizational citizenship behavior factor.Summarizing the literature, based on the basic assumptions made in this study, and mobile communications companies in Changchun, for example, through questionnaires, verification of organizational justice, organizational commitment, job satisfaction, leadership - staff exchange and organizational support on organizational citizenship behavior. A total of 147 staff members in the survey. Data processing, this study concluded:â‘ organizational justice, organizational commitment and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior were significant effects of the impact of organizational justice among the strongest.â‘¡Leadership - Staff exchange and organizational support in the attitude variables and organizational citizenship behaviorâ‘¢mediates between the dimensions of organizational citizenship behaviors,including helping others,civic virtue,sportsmanship,self-development and personal initiative of the five. |
