Research On Development Countermeasure Of Chinese Financial Trust

Primitive trust behavior originated ancient Egypt's "Wills wrote" .Because of the unique legal structure of the separation of the ownership and the interests, that is the unique isolation function of the property, it has the great flexibility in the operation and highly social and economic optimization function. In western countries, the trust has become a main form of property management and was widely used. Moreover, the use of the trust is wide, particularly in the area of commercial use. Through the depth development in trust in foreign countries, it has so many outstanding advantages and functions in property management, circulating funds and social welfare, etc. It plays an important role in the socio-economic life and makes a distinguished contribution to the development of high quality.Compares with the development of Chinese trust industry from 1917, it has a history of nearly 90 years. Although went through a series of frustrations and many rectification, it has never become an independent financial pillar industry, even as being "bad kids" ,despite of the war and other halting times from the past 20 years since the reform and opening up the development process. Why did the Chinese trust industry have been regulated and in disorder again and again? Why it is difficult to get out of this strange circle? What is the factors constraining the development of Chinese trust? What are the bottlenecks? Based on the changes of the development of the trust and the trust's financial activities, such as innovation, this paper analyses the success or failure and the development experience of Chinese financial industry in the past 20 years, the present practical problems and how trust functions in the financial field. It concludes that only through the country and the trust's own efforts, it is able to get out of the bottom.
