The Operation Model Of China Trust Industry Based On Trust Product Innovation

ABSTRACT:China Trust Industry has been restored over thirty years of development since 1979.In this period the Trust experienced five different degrees of rectification. Until 2002, China Trust Industry have gradually gotten on the path of development. However, China Trust Industry has not found its own distinctive characteristics of the operating mode in the development process. It has become to be a short board in four major financial institutions. Under the increasingly competitive financial situation,only China Trust Industry through products innovation, business philosophy and business model adjustments to the changes,it can be possible to play to their business advantage,and then further progress could been made.This paper study the Trust Business of the operating mode from the perspective of product innovation. After the analysis to the operating characteristics and development process in Developed countries in the trust sector, this paper analyzed and summarized the mainstream of China trust industry and business model innovation as well as trust products. With the future development direction of China's financial situation, more appropriate development of trust business was to put forward in China ---"wealth management development model "On the other hand, this paper analysises the direction of product innovation and business development channels. By the new business model compared with the current operating mode,this paper summarized the features and advantages of the new model. The innovation of this paper is that it makes a more detailed study in operating model of the trust industry.At the same time, it proposed a new development ideas from the perspective of trust products as well as business model innovation. In the course of the study,the research is operable.This paper propose "wealth management development model" which was more suitable for future development of trust business in China.
