With the rapid development of our aviation transportation industry, airline's scale has been expanded quickly and the output has increased, too. The frequent aviation activities make airlines meet with every kind of incident at any time. If airlines can't deal with incident effectively, public relations crisis may happen. The crisis not only leads to economic loss, but also do harm to airlines'image.This thesis summarizes research theories of Public Relations Crisis Management from domestic and foreign documents, and then analyzes the causes, categories, features and evolution of airlines public relations crisis in our country according to the characteristics of our aviation transportation industry. This thesis focuses on preventing system of airlines public relations crisis and do research systematically on how to strengthen airlines public relations crisis management.This thesis puts forward first that airlines should bring public relations management into routine management. When meet with incidents, airlines should estimate the incidents and determine the state of public relations crisis; when the crisis happens really, airlines should diagnose it scientifically and take measures according to public relations crisis procedure. The purpose of these analyses and research is to provide airlines in our country with some practical directions on how to prevent and deal with public relations crisis in order to increase airlines'ability to deal with every kind of public relations crisis.
