The purpose of the research is to reveal the different formation mechanism between corporate crisis public relations on internet and elimination of negative information on internet which share the same surface as well as to reveal subtle interactions between companies and media under crisis public relations.In the course of the study, multiple case study method is used mainly. The author made pointed references to 12 object cases and forms a basic analysis and research frame on internet crisis public relations period, internet crisis public relations agent and the enterprise-media implicit contract formation. Corporate crisis public relations on internet and corporate and media relations implicit contract are also analyzed and discussed.Especially in the key chapter "Case analysis and discussion", three-step analysis methods are used as a combination of single-case and multi-case analysis, stage conclusion and significance of these conclusions. Detailed analysis is also provided on case studies of internet crisis latent period, burst period and the outbreak period as well as media agent in order to further draw conclusions on formation of the enterprise-media implicit contract and its natures.The study believes that the latent and early stages of the network crisis are the deadline to resolve. For SMEs, payment methods to remove negative information on the internet are the most effective ways currently. In the absence of long-term self-regulatory mechanisms subtle restraint, or no external oversight and supervision of a strong market, companies seek clear motivation and negative information network behavior will exist for a long, which directly resulted in negative information network dedicated to clear the long-term existence of the intermediary. Also, the network society to delete negative information, there are practical needs, traditional advertising and public relations companies have to "Posts Delete Company" direction possible.The study also provides some theoretical contributions. In addition to the five kinds of formation on implicit contract models and the nature of the three forms of implicit contracts, the author also proposed two concepts as "ad name" and "Demands out of Agreement"...
