The industry of real estate is one of the supporting industries of our country, and its healthy development plays an important role to the development of our national economy. It is an important aspect of promoting its healthy development to solve its financing problem effectively. But real estate enterprises of our country rely on the bank loan very much at present. Their financing structures are comparatively simple and are easily influenced by the macroeconomic polices and economy environment And in order to guarantee the normal running of the financial mark prevent the real estate from developing unorderly, our country has put out a series of policy and regulation; strengthen the restriction to the loan of the real estate. But its introduction brings certain negative effect, make the finance of real estate become difficult. It mainly caused by the disadvantage existed of real estate financing in our country. So some real estates enterprise began to look for the new financing channel actively.Through addressing the characteristics of real estate industry in China and its financing approaches, this research analyzes the financing approaches of Chinese real estate companies because of the importance of real estate industry in our country. And based on the status quo of real estate financing in our county, the thesis firstly analyzed the influence of the single way of financing and gave some advice to develop multichannel financing. By studying and comparing the features of realty industry financing in developed countries, to suggest a new financing method- Real Estate Investment Trusts, which is currently one of the most practical new financing method, also to put forward a potential development strategy. At the same time, the paper introduced other ways of real estate financing ways including bonds and hock. Given it be accomplished, could it diversify the current monotonous financing market with one new choice. So that, the industry of real estate in our country could be developing healthily.
