Based on the field investigation about 11 Chinese property management enterprises, the author had gathered lots of first-hand materials. Under the guide of strategy management theories, this dissertation firstly gives a brief introduction about property management industry, then explores more details about the origination of property management, about the development in Hong Kong and U.S.A. Then it gives analysis about both the problems and opportunities that Chinese property management enterprises facing. Based on the analysis about both inner and outside environment, the dissertation gives general solution to the strategy analysis and implementation for Chinese property management enterprises in a whole. Then it gives a case study of MX Property Management Ltd., based on the application of various strategic analysis frameworks and models, thus giving an introduction of how to implement the theories of strategy management into Chinese Property Management Practices.
