Since President Hu Jintao put forward the "Implementation of Intellectual Property Strategy" in 2007,it marks that China's attention to intellectual property rights has entered a new height.Intellectual property whole life cycle services including creation,utilization,protection and management.Because most enterprises have no independent intellectual property department so the intellectual property agency goes active.But nationally,intellectual property agencies mostly are small and medium-sized,relatively large agencies such as Ji Jia,Kang Xin are concentrated in Beijing,are also agents of the earliest established.Some of newer agents like Chao Fan,Quan Da Shi are all rely on the Internet platform.This thesis takes the M intellectual property agency as the research object,mainly because the M agency has just stepped into the medium-sized enterprise.Currently,it is struggling march towards large-scale with strategic adjustments and internal structure optimization.Therefore,the M intellectual property agency is very representative,and its research can provide reference for the development of other agencies.This thesis first sorts out relevant documents on the development of the intellectual property industry to understand the current status.Combined with the M company survey data,the operating revenue in 2017 was 20 million.The ten-year development goal is that the company's operating income will reach 200 million.Through PEST analysis to analyze the macro-environment of M agencies,through SWOT analysis of M's own advantages and disadvantages as well as the opportunities and threats faced,put forward the adoption of SO strategy as the most important strategy,the appropriate use of ST strategy,and can't ignore the use of WO strategy.M agency will continue to implement differentiation strategies,and low-cost strategies as the supplementary.Re-determine the direction of business development adjust internal management,and put forward three aspects of brand protection,human resources protection and operational security reform measures for M company to achieve significant development.
