Real estate industry is one of the key industries in the national economy, of whichthe development is linked to the whole economic sector. The fact that land is basicproductive factors in real estate sector and nonrenewable defines that how to make themost effective use of it is one of the most important problems in the sector. Therefore,the scientific, effective and precise market positioning from the real estate corporation'sperspective is necessary for the healthy development of the real estate industry.Thispaper discusses the concept of market positioning for the real estate project, itsdevelopment stages and principles, in which the case study of project is demonstrated toexplain how the factors such as economy, corporations'strategic development goals,consumer, property management, information technology and law system would affectthe market positioning. This would provide some hints on the way of real estatecorporations to development salable products and reduce the vacancy rate.
