Given that the formation of the Northwestern base of fired power plants and southwestern base of water power plants comes into being, our country urgently needs to build the big national class net grid that is across the district, big capacity, long-distance. Especially the high lever net work grid of over 1000kv is much more urgent. And the Construction caters for the need of country. This passage based on the practice of Construction management of UHV AC Power Transmission and Transformation project from Southeastern ShanXi to JinMen, which is under construction. Now referring to the current problems which occur in previous projects of power transmission and transformation, in this essay, we do some research in security management and the scheduling management and technology innovation management and documentary management which will do help to the undergoing project.
