With the development of informationization and economic globalization trend many modern enterprises, driven by external environment, are changing management mode and looking for new management methods. In the past, most of the enterprises regarded the profit maximization as the only guide, which is one of the important reasons that many enterprises remain stagnant even collapse. Modern enterprise must find a new way out to maintain long-term stable development. The power transmission industry, as an important industry in national economic development, is also in constant progress in the aspect of enterprise management in addition to technical innovation. At present, China’s power transmission and distribution enterprise focused on technology development so much that the management has been neglected. There still exist enterprises some problems in management.This paper uses a case study approach, through the research of typical enterprise in the power transmission industry, analyzing its achievement in the management of innovation achievements, refining its successful experience, so as to get in, generalizing applicable methods to implement management innovation of China’s power transmission and distribution enterprises.The reason why this paper chooses TBEA Co., LTD. as the study case, is that TBEA is the first listing Corporation in China’s transformer industry, China’s power industry leader, and also China’s major equipment manufacturing backbone enterprises in the core. It will be a very good reference to management innovation of China’s power transmission and transformation enterprises. This paper will first discuss and analyze the successful experiences of the case company and then analyze methods of sustaining management innovations and internationalization for power transmission and transformation enterprise. At last, it will look into the future development prospects of the industry.
