Study On The Strategy Of Software Corporations In China Based On Project

In recent years, the project-based enterprises have developed quickly in China. As a new type of organization, it needs more strategic directions than conventional ones. But now there is a short of relevant research fruit. So having a research about the corporation strategy based on project is very pressing and significant.The software industry needs strategic directions as a project-based industry. In this paper, some management theories, such as project management, development strategy, organizational behavior, and enterprise culture will be analyzed to provide a theoretical basis. And then there will be a conclusion of the project management mode and strategy suitable for our software corporations, by analyzing the development trend and situation of the national and abroad software industry.Firstly, the background of the study will be analyzed and the strategic problems will be put forward. Secondly, basic knowledge about the project management and the relationships between the project and the strategy, the project management and the strategic action will be introduced. Thirdly, the situation of the software industry will be introduced. And some strategic analysis models, such as the PEST analysis, five competitive forces model will be applied to study the strategic environment, the competitive environment and the competitor analysis of software corporations in China. This will make a base of choosing a suitable strategy. Then, based on the situation of software corporations in China and the environment analysis, the strategies of the inner company will be put forward. At last, I choose a software company named JinDing to prove how significant for a software corporation to choose a right strategy based on project.The paper emphasizes on the change of the world. To deal with the change, a new project management mode and strategy must be applied. It aims to enhance the competition and efficiency of the project-based enterprises of China. The paper is to provide a reference for the reorganization and development of Chinese software corporations.
